This tree was started for my husband, Robert Birnel.  Like all trees, it has grown 
and spread out to include many branches and like all trees, it is constantly 
changing.  My goal is to provide not just names and dates for the families to share, 
but an idea of where and who they came from.  

I would like to give special thanks to two people instrumental in helping me make 
some connections: Joanne Cook and Richard Bates.  I have tried hard to make sure my 
information is accurate.  However, if you find any 
errors in our tree, please let me know.
